A clear-eyed voice on AI transformation, corporate readiness, and the stories organizations tell themselves when the ground shifts beneath them.
Signature Keynote
Why AI Isn't the Crisis. Your Strategy Is.
The growing backlash against artificial intelligence isn't really about AI. It's about years of deferred transformation, hollow digital initiatives, and leadership cultures that optimized for comfort over readiness. AI simply made the bill come due. This keynote offers a third path between blind optimism and paralyzing fear, reframing the conversation around what actually drives or derails organizational change: narrative, strategy, and the willingness to lead when the ground is shifting.
45 to 60 minutes. A provocative, narrative-driven session for conferences, leadership summits, and corporate events.
Half-day interactive session applying the Readiness Gap framework to your organization's specific AI transformation challenges.
Moderated or participatory formats on AI readiness, transformation, and the future of strategic communications.

About Chris Broyles
Chris Broyles is a communications strategist who has spent his career inside the world's most demanding environments: billion-dollar courtrooms, Fortune 500 boardrooms, and global professional services firms navigating transformation at scale. He built and led creative agencies within FTI Consulting's Strategic Communications practice and KPMG's global Marketing Innovation team, where he guided organizations through high-stakes litigation, corporate reinvention, and stakeholder engagement.
His work sits at the intersection of strategic narrative, visual persuasion, and organizational psychology. Whether the audience is a federal jury, a board of directors, or a workforce grappling with AI-driven change, Chris specializes in helping leaders find clarity when the stakes are highest and the path forward is least certain. He is the author of Can't Stop the Spaceship and the creator of the Core Pathways Change Framework.
Experience
The Book
Can't Stop the Spaceship is a business parable that follows the crew of Horizon One as they navigate an organization hurtling through transformation without a map. It's a story about what happens when change outpaces leadership, when technology moves faster than culture, and when the only way forward requires letting go of the strategies that got you here.
Grounded in the Core Pathways Change Framework, the book gives leaders, teams, and organizations a narrative lens for understanding why transformation efforts stall, why resistance isn't what it appears to be, and how strategic storytelling can unlock the momentum that process alone cannot.
